By accessing or using the Vurenor platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use the Vurenor platform for your internal business purposes under a subscription license. This license does not allow you to resell or redistribute Vurenor data or outputs without explicit written permission.
3. Data & Intellectual Property
All climate models, AI outputs, forecasts, and analytical content produced by Vurenor are our intellectual property. Client data uploaded to the platform remains the property of the client.
4. Disclaimer
Climate forecasts and market outlooks provided by Vurenor are probabilistic in nature and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any forecast.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vurenor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
